Ashley Park Debt Solutions

Ashley Park: CVA

The Process

Ashley Park Debt Solutions offer a personal and friendly service. Our Debt Management Plan is easy to set-up and uncomplicated to follow. Here's a step by step guide of how it works:

  1. When you sign up with Ashley Park, one of our debt advisors will assess your case. This means they will look at your existing level of debts, your current income and your current expenditure.
  2. Working with you our Debt Advisor will then try to assess a monetary figure which you can comfortably afford to repay each month.
  3. Once you are happy with the new repayment figure we will then contact your creditors and negotiate a reduced repayment with them. Most creditors will agree to a new level of repayments, as they can see you are committed to trying to repay the debt by using Ashley Park Debt Solutions.
  4. Once we have negotiated with your creditors we will then consolidate your debts into one monthly payment, which you will pay to us.
  5. Your monthly repayment will then be divided and distributed amongst your creditors.
  6. On a regular basis we will then look to review your case to see if you are still managing to comfortably afford the repayments or if any adjustments need to be made.
