There is an packaging fee required before we can propose and nominate your Trust Deed which will allow us to process your application, and allow us to approach your creditors on your behalf.
This fee will vary on an individual basis and is payable in advance of processing your application in all cases.
You will be advised of the actual amount of your administration fee at the initial point of contact should this service be appropriate to you.

Debt write off applies only where an IVA is suitable, adhered to and at the end of 60 months and applies to unsecured debts included in the IVA. Alternative solutions may be offered.
