Apply online and become debt free - The Costs
The cost of our repossession service is free where possible. The service is available to anyone going onto one of our financial management plans. But we can only start working on your case if we have all of your information so its important to send this in as soon as you can.
If you have not yet been to court, but have a date to attend, then we will complete any paperwork you need at no cost, as long as we have all the information we need.
If you have already attended court or your case has already been heard and repossession has been granted, then you will need to pay a fee in order for us to act. Currently the fee is 35.00. This fee is applied by the courts in order to re-assess your situation. This fee is not applied by us, but the courts. We still act on your behalf whatever your circumstances to enable you to protect your home.
